04 SITE SURVEY
Performing a site survey before installation including;
- On-ground and Rooftop Cellular tower installation
- In-building base station installation (Node B)
- In-building distributed antenna system installation
05 PLANNING & DESIGN
Planning and Designing prior the following step before actual installation.
06 SITE ACQUISITION & SITE PREPARATION
Preparing site location for the installation of Main equipment including site area, electrical system and barricade cellular tower etc.
07 IMPLEMENTATION
Installing signal distribution system, Cellular tower and base station for both in-building and outdoor.
08 INTEGRATION
Integrating a remote equipment and central control system completely and efficiently
09 TEST & VERIFICATION
Testing signal and Correcting work installation (Drive test & Walk test)
10 DATAANALYSIS & OPTI
Collecting and Analyzing Data to adjust a parameter in a system including physically modify remote equipment.
11 REPORTING
Summarizing, reporting and giving a before-after comparison to determine the success of Project
12 PROJECT DELIVERY
Delivering the completed project to client for submission process
